[Resolved]  SBI Railway Pension — Non Receipt of Family Pension

Sir,
My husband was an Railway Employee and retired as OS Gr-I from Dhanbad. He was a regular pension holder of PPO No. DHN/1990/5559 dated 14.12.1990, with SBI Ranaghat Branch (code-0166) Bank A/C No. [protected].
He has died on 23 June 2009. After his death, I have submitted family pension application along with death certificate and all necessary proof on 15.07.2009. On regular enquiry, after five months I came to know from Ranaghat SBI, that my application somehow misplaced somewhere. Again, I have submitted one fresh application to Ranaghat SBI with all necessary proofs on 05.11.2009.
Till date I have not received any positive news, and it is being very much difficult for me to survive as I have no son, all daughters are married and settled.
In this circumstances please help me and sanction my family pension as early as possible.
