My self SANTOSH KUMAR resident at Guwahati. My saving account No. is 31496939023 in SBI, guwahati airport branch(Branch Code- 003776). I tried cash withdrawal from SBI ATM, Bhangagarh, G.S. Road, Guwahati of Rs. 20,000/- on dated 02-08-2012 at 12:36 P.M, but unfortunately I could not get money but my account debited Rs. 20,000/-. My TXN No.- 6973. I have lodged a complaint to concern customer care on Next day( Complaint No.- AT37765702088). They promised me to solve my problem within next 24 Hour. But till today they could not resolve my problem. So kindly take the necessary action and thus oblige me.
