I opened an A/c with SBT (Flower Valley Branch, Thane) and would like to share with you some of my bitter experiences with them. I opened my A/c in the month of Oct'09 and till date have not received my ATM and Debit card from them. I was assured that I would receive the same in 10 working days and regret to inform that I have not received them till date irrespective of re-requesting them about couple of weeks back. After enquiring with one of the Assistant Managers and Branch Manager I was given to understand that they are helpless in this matter since it is processed by a third party vendor (GE). But my question is if they dont have a hold on this, then who the hell on this earth can help me. I am unable to do any transaction since the time i have opened this account. Other banks provide a welcome kit with debit and ATm card as soon as you register with them. This is one of the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. The concerned manager only gives false promises and never live up to what he says. I would request all those thinking to open an account with SBT(Thane Branch) to think twice.

My account is with SBT M.G Road Branch, Near Padma Theater. Each day I have to call the bank and enquire about the PIN number, which merely wastes my time and money. They gave me the bank's email id. I complained to this email id. I didn't get any response.
THIS IS MY BITTER EXPERIENCE WITH SBT.
I don't know wt to do to get my PIN number. Pls help me.
