[Resolved]  SBT — credit card Statement

i trying to get my credit card statement from jan 08, whenever i am calling it is very difficult to for me tell about my date of birth, card no, address, etc.
they told me that i will send it you through mail, but not yet received
Now I learnt how they work, it is very difficult to get the statement. can youpls solve my problem

I am an ATM holder ( SBT peringode).
My Account no is [protected].Account name Radhakrishnan.K. Last week[protected] i happened to loss Rs 1500/- due to transaction delay from SBI ATM olavakode, on that day itself i reported to the Asst Manager (olavakode SBI) and also at peringode SBT branch, but i haven't yet recieved my money.Kindly please help me to get back my money.
I am applied for a credit card from SBT agnest deposit on 15th Jan 2009.
till now there is no information.
please send me what is the possition in my e mail id.

I have an account on SBT Bank, Kottarakkara (A/c No. [protected]). On 14-04-09 I tried to withdraw Rs.7000/- from Union Bank ATM, Kottarakkara. (Transaction Record No. 6912). But I didn’t got the money. The error Msg in the Receipt is “Transaction Declined unable to process”. By the next day I went to SBT Bank, Kottarakkara Branch (Market Jn.) and had given a written complaint on this. Manager asked me to wait for a period of 15days. After that when I went to bank manager asked me to wait again for 15days. During this time his behavior was very rude. This drama continued for two months. During this time I had make more than 10 visits to the bank. After two months the manager told that he can’t give the money either from his pocket or from the bank and he is not interested in taking any further action on this matter. It’s been the third month; still I didn’t have my money. So pls kindly look in this matter and do needful to get me the money as soon as possible.

Greetings,
I had visited SBT Pangode branch on August-24-2009 as per the mail below. Unfortunately I missed copy of the mail that time.The officer in charge of the loan session checked all my details that time and said, all of my accounts were closed.With a little disappointment i left the bank.Soon i saw the mail, i did write to the bank.No reply so far from the bank despite of repeated mails. Kindly give me a reply about the disparity between the officer and the mail below.

Sir, Am Vishnu T M, I got the activation kit for internet banking...but i cant acees that...when i entered username and password, it is ok but kit no is not currect .My SBT Acc No.[protected] my kit no is [protected].
