SBT — not providing internet banking facility

Hi,

My mum have an savings account in Pravachabalam SBT .

we went to take internet banking facility for her A/c..

Manager saying if the person have 61 age they will not get internet banking facility..

What is this..??


he does not telling any other reason.. talking like an illiterate person..
