[Resolved]  Scholarship — fake candidates

sir, I am a student from andhra pradesh studying Btech, we are offfered scholarships here for different classes like bc, sc,st and ebc students.but what i have observed is a lot of them have misused this opportunity and produced fake income certificates and ration cards to derive this benefit. because of such persons several genuine persons like me have not been able to get those benefits,i can give you the details of several such candidates .........please tell me whom to complain
for eg a person owns a double storey building worth 60 lakhs and he shows that he has no property and produced an income certificate that is below 1 lakh per annum while in reality they earn around 3 lakhs per annum please reply sir .............whom shall i complain
