[Resolved]  Seagate — hdd problem

I NITIN GAIKWAD from Pune I have taken a hard disk of 320 GB in month of Jan 26 and now I have some problem in hard disk so first I have to recover my data from outside so please give me the permission regarding this matter to recover my data from outside of your company service center.
