reciving no money

it's a company name as secured lives,which gureenties that depositing 7500 and making 2 members below,then the system will provide new members and monthly income for sure,but still now after depositing 7500 n making 2 members on april 2011, i have not got any money yet now i considered it as an baddept investment....so others....be carefull.....
