1. Senthamarai bus travels provides public transportation from Madurai to Paramakudi and the journey time is roughly two hours.
2. I along with my mother has to go Rajagambiram which is around one hour journey from Madurai and it is also the stoppage point for that bus.
3. We reached bus stand at 1615h and the departure timing for the bus was 1650h.
4. When we entered into the bus, it was empty and the conductor told us to get down stating that first priority will be given to Paramakudi passengers.
5. At 1650h, when the bus was about to move, the conductor allowed us to enter.
6. When we entered, the bus was fully crowded and there was no seat for us to sit.
7. Even though paying complete fare and coming 35 minutes early to board the bus, why the passengers are being segregated?
8. This trend is followed only at Madurai Matuthavani Bus Stand by all the private bus travels.
9. Maximum number of passengers are getting victim of this segregation. Please look into this matter for consumer satisfaction.
