the Service Tax from cable viewers without any Invoice in spite of that he is involved
in a grand theaft of service tax. Being a concerned citizen I feel it my
duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to register a complaint against Travelguru as they are cheating government and customers in the name of service tax. I made an online booking (ID: TGU[protected]) with Travelguru through their website as they had offered best price compared to other online players of Rs 1975/- per night for Hotel booking and while checking out they added an additional of Rs. 805/- (almost 40%) per night as service tax. I later realised that the service taxes should have been only Rs. 204/- per night.
All my emails to them have not been answered satisfactorily and once they say that it is an IT issue on their side, others say that the actual charge is Rs. 2500/- and some say it is actually a discount given on the total booking of Rs. 6600/-.
I am requesting you to cancel their license as they are cheating people by offering the best price and then adding extra taxes while checking out. Also the exess amount collected in the name of taxes should be deposited with government.

I would like to register a complaint against a company named
Vacation Gateway Noida. I purchased a 4N/5D
Holiday package from them costing Rs 19200. I made the 8000/- thru net transfer
and balance thru cash to Mr Rajeev ( sale executive). When I demanded the
invoice for the payment they denied and now after repeated request no one from
the company is responding. This is a clear case a theft of service tax. As a
tax paying citizen its my right to get
the invoice. Appreciate if anyone can
support or guide me how to take the matter and register a complaint.


When I spoke to company representative they rejected my
calls. I have valid proof of the transaction and mails.


Being a concerned citizen I feel it my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken

Tirupur-641601 Tamilnadu, India. She, has take 2 Pan number with her name.

Agency has not paid the service Tax Properly since 1996 to till now.
Pls note they are not paid Service Tax amount more than 3.5 Crore the
past 15 years.
Please verify their "BALANCE SHEET" from 1996,
they mentioned the word other income, its nothing its theft-ed amount
of not paying Service Tax. Its near about 3 to 4 Crore.
And also now they are caring their business in the same of SSV
Advertising, Sabari Advertising, Sapthagiri Advertising, Hayagirivas
Advertising, etc. Please note all the above mentioned 4 concerns are
created for thefting the service tax amount.
Please verify the above mentioned concern bills. They are
collecting Service Tax from Client but they are not mentioned word
