i have taken a one year membership of seventymm for movie DVD rental. I have been a member of SeventyMM from march 2011. Their service, as voiced by many members, is shoddy & pathetic though it was fairly okay initially. Their service has degraded over the years now (issues
like bad quality discs, sending movies that were not requested for) as a result of which I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last one year and they have still not processed it. i have mailed them so many times on their feedback form and i have called to their customer care to cancel my membership but in spite of that they are not ready to do any changes as their shares have declined in the market. to my surprise they stopped sending DVD to me after 3 months and now my account which was supposed to be active till jan 2012 is in active and their is no way i can get my money back as no customer care number work.

i want to say that this company is fraud and just want to cheat you by taking your money
