[Resolved] Shaadicentre.com — Not providing the promised service | |||
Hi, I opted shadicentre.com service about two month back. The package i selected was 17001 Rs for 6 months. The service includes sending relevant prospect to my parents by speed post and to setup meeting for potential match. For first month i haven't heard from them. Assuming service is for 6 month and i am also not in much hurry, i ignored their ignorance for first month but for second month i wanted some efforts from their side so i asked my parents to remind them that we have subscribed their premium service. In a hurry, in 2 weeks they shortlisted and shared almost all allotted contact details to random profiles. My parents requested shadicentre's agent to forward prospect profile to them but what was send was few profiles w/o photos and insufficient information. When i looked upon their profile, i came to know they have very limited profiles. At start, i had shown interest in opting for 3 month membership, but i was told that i would get premium service on their online portal shaadi.com (which didnt happen) also they will publish profile to nationalized newspaper (that too we are waiting for). Before subscription the profiles that they sent us, was just to catch fools like us and to get max limit subscription by any way. In short, we found that the service was highly inadequate for the price i paid. I feel like i was cheated. I would advice the others to stay away from shaadi portals subscriptions as most of them (had similar experience from humsafar matrimony, but at least they were able to show one good match) are no good for money.
