[Resolved]  Shama Sardar Travels — Fraud Travels Agency

On 17th Jan 2012 i was travelling from Trichy to Chennai in Shama Sardar's Volvo AC bus. The bus started 12 Am and at around 1 Am about 60 kms from trichy the bus was stopped... after about 15 mins when i enquired the driver he said me that there is a break down in the bus and it will take another 1 hr to start.... the worse part was there was no one to help him and he was all alone...

Even after 1 hr of trying he was not able to solve the issue.... i asked the driver to call the manager or owner... which he never did and said that they all switched off their mobile phones.......?????

We asked him to arrange for other bus which he said is not at all possible and he said that he would board us in the coming buses....

Even police men turned up there and the driver dint answer them properly as well...

Finally when an other bus from the same agency came at around 4.30 Am... literally we were all pushed in and all 40 had to travel in the path way sitting in the floor....

Everyone was urgent in their own reason and they just boarded the bus murmerring....

I reached chennai next day by 10 and since i have to catch up with the office.. left those fking guys without fighting....

The management couldn't travel down 60 kms to solve the customer issues and they are even more reluctant in paying back the money....

Fks this agency and i urge all not to use this bus for ur transport....
