VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELAYED GAS SUPPLY GAS AGENCY NEAR MANGALAPURI, PALAM, NEW DELHI. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SITTING IN THIS OFFICE DOESN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS BLINDED. THEY NEVER GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON OUR GAS DELIVERY. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE REQUEST OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS ALONG-WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, THEY SAYS OK NEXT TIME CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO NEW ADDRESSON ON OCT'2007. I HAVE RQST THEM TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS IN COMPUTER BUT THEY TOLD ME DONT TEACH US AND ABUSED(ONE MAN WITH HEAVY MOSTAGE.TILL DATE SAME NOT CHANGED.I HAVE CONTACTED SHANTI INDANE THEY SAYS WE HAVE NOT RECD ANY REQUET FROM YOU KINDLY SUBMIT THE SAME. THEY DONT LIFT THE PHONE IF WE CALL OR THE PHONE IS KEPT ON HOLD ALWAYS. IF YOU CAN DO ANYTHING PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL FOR GOOD SERVICE OF THE CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU Was this information helpful? | |
