[Resolved] Sharekhan Ltd. — POOR SERVICE | |
RESPECTED SIR, I AM AN INVESTOR IN SHAREKHAN LTD. I REQESTED THEM TO CHANGE MY BANK ACCOUNT FROM HDFC TO YES BANK FOR WHICH I COMPLETED NECESSARY FORMALITIES LIKE CANCELLED CHEQUE, FORM ETC. AFTER SOME DAYS ALMOST A WEAK THEY CHANGED MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FROM HDFC TO YES BANK, BUT THE CHANGES WERE MADE IN IPO AND EQUITY TRADING ONLY AND FOR MUTUAL FUND THE BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS WERE NOT UPDATED. IN THAT CONNECTION I REQUESTED THEM ALMOST TEN TIMES TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES. BUT THEY NEVER ATTENTED MY REQUESTED NOR THEY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED IT ANYTIME EXCEPT THEIR SRINAGAR FRANCHISEE. WHO SAID THAT THE SAME IS NOT HIS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY CHANGES BUT HE ASSURED ME TO CONVEY THE SAME TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE. HE DID THE SAME AS REPORTED BUT STILL THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING IN THIS REGARD. AFTERWARDS I MAILED THEM AGAIN AND STATED THAT I WILL TAKE ACTIONS IF THEY WOULD NOT COPERATE. STILL SAME THING NO ACTION. NOW AS I AM FEDUP I REQUESTED YOUR GOODSELF TO PAY A GAZE OF GRACE TO MY PROBLEM AND ADVISE THEM TO COPERATE. I have demat account wid u at bapunagr branch ahmedabad.i m not satishfied of your service because i was purchase many company's shares but till date i cant get any original bills of any shares?and your shares broker very lezy person.dont give me the right ans.plz kindly solve my problem as early as poosible plz

I had recently opened account with Sharekhan. I am new investor They had taken two cheques for opening for Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 750/-. I was told that I will receive KIT for which their customer service gave me tracking no. of their courier but when I contact to their courier they told that the KIT is lost and FIR has been lodged. I had requested Sharekhan Andheri office that the KIT will be collected by me personally but they couried I have been calling the branch who had opened my account but they did not responded me till date.

I am vinay sharma from Bangalore.I wanted to open a demat account in sharekhan, so i got number of nearest branch (jayanagar, Bangalore ) from internet. A salesman came from there who didn't have proper knowledge about products and he couldn't answer any of my query. so i couldn't get satisfy and told him to come after two days, meanwhile i got all required information from my friends who are customers of sharekhan from a long time.Then i called again to that salesman to come and get filled up all forms. now he is asking for Rs.100/- for additional petrol expenses. And he is saying that his manager has told him to do so.
I think these type o[censored]nprofessional approaches may make negative impact on customers. Or is there any rule in sharekhan that salesman is not suppose to go twice to the customer on company expenses. and these type o[censored]ntrained salesmen are abolishing the brand image of company. So sir please respond me whether i should pay him 100 Rs for his petrol expenses or switch over to another product.

25 days back an emply of sherkhan took 2 checks of 1000/- and 750/- for opening a demate acc so the kit was not sent to my new adderess which i had tol it was sent to my old adderess so till now i didnt get the kit and no employ of sherkhan replies properly

I am looking for bangalore office phone # i have call may be 5 office in bangalore but non of them told me the near by sharekhan office Indranager...
This is irritating every time call u west your time and i guess this people sitting in office doing the same.

hello, sir mera sharekhan me last 4 years se a/c. hai.mere a/c. me dp charge ke alava koi charge debiat nahi tha to ab himatnagar(gujarat) me fortune investment mera a/c. hai to mera pas se 2000/- mang rahahe to mene koi trading ki nahi last 3 years se kaise debit hua mera client id. 14445254 hai to ab muje kya karna hoga mera a/c himatnagar foutune investment me hai.
you send our cheque very late it is your bad service

My Bank statement was with Branch Vice President's Signature and Seal with his Designation code.
The reason for rejection stated by customer department is
"Bank Statement & Pancard (Original cancelled cheque leaf require & Bank manager signature require along with disgnation code)".
I think this is horrible. custoimer care department is not checking the documents properly and without veryfying everything they are harrassing the genuine customer.
Those sitting at head office MUMBAI are giving poor services and these foolish people must be punished
I wish I should now stop the transaction with SHAREKHAN and Close my account. Because, I have sent my Application for Address change more than 5 to 6 times. Now I do not have any patience and better I would close my account and open it with any other Financial services.
