Cheating by shiftthoughts consulty. Dear Sir/Madam, I got call from shiftthought consulting on 12th June 2012 and they told my credit card details I thought that that call from ICICI Bank only I have been selected among lot of customers for this special offer as a special customer & don't pay any charges. Please enter your credit card number and expire date details . you wl be refunded. And you will get gift vouchers with in 7 days without any charges. They have charged Rs 5499 /-. I dont know my personal information who's gets shared to shiftthoughts consulty. I have find the shiftthought consulting customer care , didn't find the even customer care number . I have not recieved any further comunication through sms or email. I want the amt back ; - Manojkumar Toche, Mob. Many are getting cheated like this. One of my friend also cheated like this on 15th June. They sold some travelling and healthcare plans to her for Rs.5, 499/- of Dining Plus India. Till date she didn't get anything. During IVR system they start speaking so that the consumer can't listen what the IVR machine is saying.
