[Resolved]  Shopping. Rediff.com — Non delivery/ no response

I Had purchased a PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL from rediff shopping on 18 Dec 2007 and the amount debited from my credit card on 20 dec 2007, I was informed by rediffmail that my item is despatched details as follows
PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL CCD CAMCORDER Sandeep Vig (Big Baazaar) Aramex[protected] http://www.aramexindia.com Expected delivery: You should receive your order between 31 Dec, 2007 and 04 Jan, 2008.

But till todate i havenot received the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct details, the courier detail given by rediff shpopping turned out to be invaild, indicating that i have been cheated by rediff shopping. Kindly help me to proceed legally against this web site, to retreive my money.

Pathetic product shipped by Rediff. I ordered an expensive screenguard worth Rs.300 from Rediff and got a substandard product shipped by them which hardly lasted for 2 weeks. Never buy from rediff

MY ORDER NO IS 7526424. I ORDER IT TO REDIFF SHOPING. I CANCEL THIS ORDER ON 10 DECEMBER 2012. REFUND OF THIS ORDER NOT CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT STILL NOW. THE COST OF THIS ORDER IS RS 2089
I had purchased a product from rediffshopping but instead of that different product was delivered to me..and when I compliant the rediff customercare I was asked to send the product via couier and was told that courier amount borne by me will be credited to me along with the total amount of purcahse.Later the complete amount was not transfered me moreover their was response from the customer care.

Pathetic Service, right from delivering of wrong product to final settlement.
I had purchased an item "Set 2 of Insect killer cum night lamps" on 06/12/12 which was delivered soon within 7 days but the product did not worked a single day. It is really disappointing.

I request to replace the poduct immediately.
This is given as gift to some one and how come the receiving party know about the product ordered.

Shopping.rediff.com — defective product received

the 5 in 1 sofa cum bed is defective. I have written mail to rediff shopping. But there is no ;roper action from them. I am still waiting for the item to be picked up from my place and replaced . They have written me a mail but so far no one has come from rediff to collect the defective item.

I had purchased Xmas tree from rediff (order no: 8880170), received the product on 23rd dec 2013.
as per description it said it would come with decoration stuff, but it didnt come
It did come with 30mtrs led light but few of the leds dont work. And the quality is too bad, i had asked for refund
written some many complaints to rediff customer but i get a email stating please do contact seller directly.
and when i tried calling seller, he says he want give any refund, check with rediff.
No help from rediff still.
Rediff.com - a very dishonest shopping site - a bunch of crooks

I ordered a costly product from shopping.rediff.com but received a different very cheap product that too in a broken condition.

First email rediff replied asking for photos... once I sent photos, they stopped responding. I wrote 10 emails but they did not reply in last 15 days.

I called customer support number - they acknowledged that they had received my emails and I would get a response in 24 hours but never received anything yet.

I have enough evidences to file a forgery/cheating case against rediff shopping.

I have ordered HTC XL mobile phone on 13th May and I received it on 22nd May’2014 and now issue is mobile earphone is not detected which is provided by you to Mobile, and if any other company’s earphones are connecting and working properly.
Also provided earphone is proper beats audio earphone because on existing earphones not mention this is HTC or Beats audio.
Now mobile also not working properly, wherever am playing game it’s getting hot and burning odour, since last 5 days.

As per the last discussion we had, you were going to send courier person tocollect the phone but I didn’t receive any call from your end. Could you pleaseprovide updates on this ?
There are few things i got to know when I visited the HCL service centre and that Iwould like to bring to your notice. As informed by the service centreexecutive, this is the UK based handset and hence it’s not under warranty, Ineed to pay 2360/- Rs. Extra to check this handset. Also they refused to checkthe mobile as the invoice/ payment receipt was not provided along with handset.They also informed me that the earphone provided with handset is not HTC’product but local earphone which anyways does not work. Top of that I encounter one more problem today with mice and speaker, person at the other end is unable to hear my voice, I have to use speaker phone to communicate.

I tried calling customer care several time but half of the time they don’t even answer the call and when they do, they disconnect without giving any proper resolution. Even you people are not replying on time, this is very frustrating for me, hope you understand and help me to get this resolved asap.

Please look into this at the earliest and arrange for the replacement or refund my money. Your immediate reply will be appreciated.

Rediff shopping... Very bad experience. Delivered wrong item. Informed the issue same day. No response after 8 dates. Not bothered to give the reply for the complaint.

Dont buy any thing from rediff shopping .. cant even rarae zero for the quality of product delivered and pathetic customer care response
