My order no. is 4704985 and Dispatch no is H[protected]DTDC)and i have already paid for it thru c/card I ordered a home theatre thru rediffshopping on 05th july but till date[protected] I have not received it and i was told by courier DTDC that it has already been delievered

I m really bothered

ipod video player — Product not received so far...

I had purchased an ipod video player from rediff shopping. they had deducted the money from my credit card & even after the committed date(15th july '08), they still didn't delivered me the product yet. My order no.4711802.

I had ordered a Denim Jacket on 22/05/2008, my order no. is 4615268.But the order no. shows somebody else name and the delilvery status shows the date before the ordered date i.e. 24/05/2008. It also shows that it is sent through TNT courier & the consignment no.[protected].

So how much time you will take for fulfill of my original order.

Rediff Shopping — Non delivery of Order Placed

I have ordered two ring watces from Rediff shopping and the payment was also made on 9th August 2008. The order number they have confirmed is "4786979" when I am trying to track the order number I am getting the consignment number as "[protected]" - Courier TNT . While tracing through consignment number I am getting the message The good is already despatched on 21st July 2008. I am not able to contact the vendor also as they provided wrong mobile number. How can I get back my money and take action on them?

RediffShopping & TNT — Online Shopping

I have purchased through Rediffshopping, it has been 1month now, not yet receive my order. I have got a mail from the rediffshopping system generated one, i will receive my order within 28th of august through TNT. Still not received my order and even the product in the rediff shopping its not good, the quality is worst. Kindly you people has to take the necessary steps.

I have bought a fresh water pearl set by net banking of sbi.My order no. is 4735481 which was registered on 17.07.08. and bank ref.no.4960091 through which payment was done.Though i have emailed twice to the customer care of rediff shopping, but no fruitful results received.please help me.

I had given an order of wrist watch vide order no.4837847, which was sent to me on 02.09.2008. The same was not recd till 10th, I contacted Aramex they said that the same has not been booked, the AWB No. is wrong. I contacted customer service dept, who said that they will be sending it to me today under new awb no. Now let us see what happens, else I need to escalate the matter higher.

Rediff.com — No order/ref no. given for the product which i won in bidding to make payment.

Dear sir,
I have received mail about rediff online shopping add and i searched for a product which I wanted to buy. The product is available for auction and the min. price indicated and I gave my option for bidding. Next day I got the mail stating that I won the product and make payment. I looked for details of payment and wish to pay by DD and I got the details the address on which the dd has to be taken and infavour of whom the dd has to be taken. On the over leaf i was advised to make a note of my order no and I tried to locate the same which is not given by rediff.com in the mail where they have communicated that I won the product and to make payment.
In this regard i gave mails to rediff.com, and I spoke to customer care attendant and they could not provide me the order no/reference no.
Surprisingly your software is able to detect that I have not made any payment, but it could not detect the request I made for giving the ref.no of the prouct bid no. None of you are able to help me in this regard.
I would like to know the basic system you have designed for getting the product which was won through bidding.
P. arrange to make necessary changes in the soft ware and make it user friendly.
Secondly I tried to make payment through my VISA debit card. The software did not accept the same. I would like to make payment by SBI internet banking services. Your list does not have SBI/ Then It is the time to make changes to your software.

Sorry for not taking the delivery because of rediff.com could not provide me order/ref.no and mode of payment systems are not easy as only credit card is allowed.

Shopping.rediff.com — Order is not delivered

I made a online purchase on Rediff Shopping on 25/08/2008 and still the order is under NOT DESPATCH status. I have raised several complaints in their customer care centre, asked for refund several times but every time they say that we will despatch the product in next 2 days.
It's been a frustrating experience.

I have purchased a wristwatch from rediff shoping. My order no is 4883128. But the mail I have received from you containig the Customer care no of [protected]. I have tried that no atleast 20 times but it was switched off. I dont know the status of my consignment. My question is that If you are unable to give us any customer gare why you are harashing me and I think this is the last time I have purchased from rediff. I have never seen so bad service where customer care doesnot reply the email and keeping mobile switched off. Please let me know the status of my consignment. My no [protected]
