[Resolved]  Shopping. Rediff.com — Faulty DVD Player without Cash Memo

I have always struggled with Rediff Shopping.However this time when I saw Llyod DVD player wit fm at Rs. 1499, I got tempted to purchase it but to my surprise it came without a Cash Memo,the box was in a terrible shape,A screw was missing and warranty sticker (Which you need to break i[censored] open it) was already torn...It was clear cut a case of repaired product being delivered to me.

At last when I tried to play a DVD it didn't work then I tried few more VCD,MP3s and other cds but none of them worked!! Clearly the product was faulty...I cannot go even to Lloyd since I do not have the Cash Memo and they have stopped manufacturing the DVD players.

It was rediff's responsibility to ensure that only genuine sellers are allowed to sell on its site the same way as Ebay does it and it should not relase payment till the user is satisfied with it.
