FEW DAY AGO I BUY A PRODUCT 1800 WT MULTIMEDIA WITH REMOTE AND FREE WATCH I BUY THIS AS A CASH ON DELIVERY .
TODAY I GOT THOSE, I WS VERY EXCITED BUT WHEN I OPEN UP, ITS JUST A FRAUD, THESE SPEAKER AT ALL NOT GIVE GOOD AUDIO NEITHER THEY ARE 1800 WATCH THEY ARE UP TO 100 MAX 150WATT
EVEN MY MOBILE, OR TV SOUNDS EVEN FM SOUNDS BETTER THAN THAT
ALSO, THEY DINT SEND ME REMOTE WITH IT, , WATCH I GOT WITH IT ITS CHEAP N IN ANY LOCAL SHOP I CAN BUY IT AT 50 TO MAX 100 RS. IM AT ALL NOT SATISFIED
THEY DISPLAYED PRIZE 699 RS AND I PICK UP THOSE AT 916 RS TILL IT REACH TO MY DOOR,
IM AT ALL NOT SATISFIED, IM REGULAR CUSTOMER AT EBAY AND MANY OTHER SITE I NEVER HAD SUCH EXPERIENCE, I WANT URGENT REFUND BACK, PLZ REPLY ME IN URGENT HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK

I had placed an order for Sony DIGICAM on 9th july. The site had claimed the product delivery turnover timeto be 7 days bur the order status still shows as Awaiting Dispatch.Several mails have aleady been send to Rediff but no respose till date.

There seems to be a tacit understanding b/w Rediff and the Vendors involved for running this fraud.
Rediff doesnt have the Customer Care contact number at its site nor has the details of vendor's contact number

Hi all please be aware that Rediff Shopping <[protected]@shoppingmails.rediff.com> is a fraud site. I bought an Blackberry from this site and the product is defected, i have raised complaint via email, online customer support and calling customer care ph #[protected] many times however no response on my concern. even they are least bother.
dont ever go to buy any product from this site...

Even their customer Care[protected] put me on hold for 45 minutes and when i disconnect the ph and called them again there was no one in the office. They are rascal.

MY ORDER NO IS 6617453 AND I PLACED IT ON 14 aug 2011 but I have not received it till now.
But for my surprise company on its site order status is delivered,these online company is doining fraud Iam calling [protected] customer care no on daily basis only raising my mobile bill they are all white collar chhor.
I am consulting my legal advisor regarding it and as per advice I had recorded all the conversation with customer care executive .

The complain still stands valid. No action has been taken by Rediff despite several calls to Rediff customer care and reminder emails
