I placed an order for Need For Speed : Undercover, PS3 compatible disc on January 27, 2012. I made the payment using my Debit Card online on their website. I received the confirmation of my order by email within seconds and was glad of the same. Today is February 4, 2012 and I still haven't received my order. When I try to contact the customer care, they tell me every time since 2 days that there is some technical problem and they have no information for my order number. At first they told me to call after 2 hours. But then every time I call, they tell me the same thing. Indiatimes people are actually harassing me and this has not only caused me monetary loss but I feel cheated and betrayed by the company. Even if I do receive the order someday, which I highly doubt by the way the customer care executives treat and talk, I would never again use their services and would also ensure that none of my friends and relatives fall into their trap.
