[Resolved] Shopping. Indiatimes.com — Wrong product delivery | |||
Dear Sir I had ordered (Order no. [protected]) Two Sandisk Cruzer pendrives from shopping.indiatimes.com on dated 7th Sept 12., but they sent me Pendrives not as I ordered. On registering a complaint with them (Complaint no. 406679) they asked me to submit the Photo Snap of sent Pendrives which I promptly did. Even after three to four reminders to them they have not sent me replacement. Even they have stopped responding to my e-mails.I think they are doing this to clear there inferior quality pendrives inventory. I hope you will help me get this issue resolved.
