Rediff/ Online Shoping — Received non working wrist watch

Dear Sir,

I have purchase one wrist watch from rediff shoping on 18 th of Sep 2008, containig order Id:[protected], The watch I have received today after a long coomunication with them.

The watch is given by them which is not working and also the model I have ordered is not the same. My watch which I have order was totally different and what they have servered is old, used and non functioning.

They have purchased it fromMayank Electronics, Hydrabd. I dont know who is resposible for this but I think people should aware from those bustereds who are simply robbing others in day light. I also know that they are not going to replace my watch. Anyway I will suggest all of my friends that By mistake also "DONT PUSCHASE AtLEAST A NAIL FROM REDIFF".

Hope this might help others for lossing their money.

but on the given date the gift is not deliver.. the cake is for birthday and i am asking what we gonna do with the cake if we received it after birthdate...

I had placed two orders on rediff shopping in August 2008 viz. no. 4827836 and 4827797. Against first order, I received the home theatre but that was a pathetic set and did not work (it was also damaged in transit due to poor packing). Against second order (telescope), I am yet to receive the same despite lapse of over 6 weeks. My repetitive emails go unheard. The response and product quality are both of poorest order. I strongly recommend that nobody should venture buying anything from rediff.

REDIFFSHOPPING IS FULLY FOOLING THE PEOPLE, WHAT THEY SHOW ON THE SITES ARE NEVER DELIVERED, LETS GET TOGETHER AND PUT A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT ON THEM.

Rediff.com — Non payment of the Rfund of the cancelled

I have ordered the book "Power of Now" from Rediff.com. They charged me Rs 205. After 3 weeks, on inquiry why the book is not delivered, I got a mail from customer support, stating that the order is canceled and money will be refunded. The mail I got from them is as follows :

I had repeatedly sent mails to the customer support, stating that I did not receive the refund, but now I don't get any response from them.
Could you please do the needful so that companies like these are penalized for doing such daylight robbery and customers like us are having frightful experience in shopping online.

Details of Order# 4934583 Not Delivered why?

I had placed an order[protected] to book a domain name on 14th oct, 2008 and payment is made through net banking. The amount is debited from my account same day, and after 2 days rediff confirms the payement. Its OK, but today after 5 days my order is still pending and i am not able to access the domain control panel. My project is suffering and May be i have to bear a big loss for this delay.

Shame on this big(but not managed) portal, is it CHOR BAAZAR because they have not specified any contact number on the shopping site.

Anyways i'll wait for tomorrow then i'll send a mail to all major media players to expose the worst service provided by Rediff Bussiness Solution.

Rediff.com India Limited — Product not received as per order

I had ordered a Nokia 1108 from Rediff.com the vendor from Ojas Enterprise, Mumbai had send a different model of mobile set which I came to know only after making the payment to courier company. I had a sent a mail to rediffshopping but dosn't reply & does not answer the phone. And rediff shopping is not doing anything except for inspiring such a forgery. Rediff being such a big corporate should not indulge in such sick activities and should have a close look on the vendors they are dealing with.

I would really like to bring this notice to other people so that they can be saved from such a fraud

i brought a Mp3 player from rediff shopping, merchant is OJJAS enterprises, that player is not even fuctioning, if inserted into system it says please insert a disk into drive, waste of my money, please dont even get any pin from rediff shooping, too bad, and even bad responce from their customer support .

Never buy any product from this site because i baught a sony camera on 7th Oct 2008 under warranty. their vendor Mahavir Computer provide me fake bill of any other firm without TIN and without product manufacturing number. As i asked for the same to rediff & vendor Mahavir Computers their is just excuse for not willing to send valid invoice. Hopefully they people sale gray market product or they evasion sale tax. Their deal is totally fake deal. Apart from these their customer service is very very poor. It's my request never deal with rediff.

I had placed an order for two Polo T Shirts during August 2006. The cheque for Rs 299/- was cleared from my account on 24.08.2006.( Chq No 646413 of SBI Nanthencode Branch, Trivandrum, Kerala). For an order of Rs 299/-, I have already spend more than Rs 500/- as telephone charges, calling your customer care centre. The message shown in the order status is 'awaiting cheque'. The responnse I got from your customer care executives was utterly disgusting. I was asked to send a fax mesaage stating the details of the cheque( which I have repeated more than 50 times to the executives). I had sent the fax several times to the number given by you. Still there is no reposnse. It is more than 2 years since the cheque was cleared from my account and I had been following this up for the last 2 years. So kindly take immediate steps to deliver my order as soon as possible. Please don't force me to take this complaint to the consumer court

Pathetic service by rediff shopping. My product was ordered on 01st of Oct2008, several mails and complaints sent to customer service. No proper response received.

Rediff Shopping — Non delivery of items ordered

On 18th Oct, I placed an order for Two nos Azzarro Pure Vettiver Perfume of 125 ml, thru Rediff Shopping, costing RS 3426
On 27th OCt received the parcel from TNT. Instead of sending me two bottles of Pure Vetiver Perfume by LORIS AZZARO for Men, i received one bottle of Silver black, of 50 ml .

I have sent many mails to the customer support and though I get a autorepsonse that they would call me in 48 hours till date nothing has happened

This is to bring to all your notice that never buy any items from REDIFF SHOPPING, they just take away your money and never deliver the products. I have ordered a Ladies Jewel Watch and my order no is 4959548. They emailed me that the product would be delivered within 9 days but till date i have not received it. I have sent many mails and none of them have been responded. The vendor's (MAYANK ELECTRONICS, HYDERABAD) ph no is also fake. Nobody picks up the phone.

I have been cheated by Rediff Shopping...like most of you. This is not done. We should all lodge a complaint against it in the consumer court.
