This developer is not completeing the site in time. Also wrong details of the project are been given to the customers. Moreover if some Customer visits the office to refund he is been told that it can not be cancelled and amount will be forefeited with 24% pa interest. Recently heard that the developer has received complaints from few customers regarding the same and he is not refunding the amounts. I also want to sale my purchased flat on 15th floor which I am unable to do since the project is not complete. Please take some action else developer might run away with money and we will be in deep problem. Also he is charging more with less area is offered to customers [its a clearcut case of cheating].
