order not dispatched and money not returned

i had placed an order 2 months ago each week i was told my order was going to be dispatched but had not been i had asked for my money back and still have not they had also taken more money from my account than the quoted amount, they are very hard to get hold of. very annoyed please do something

Shree online order not received
I had placed my order 2 weeks ago, I was promised I will receive my order in 6 days. It has been 9 days, nthey have taken my money and they are not answering their UK number.
Please can you chase this up

Please help as i am really worried about a parcel that i was supposed to receive last December 2010 but in vain till now nothing is done they have put someone else tracking number and said i have already receive my parcel then i have proved myself but till now nothing is being done everyday i have to phone them and there was always a new version. Give some idea so that i can take back my money from them.
