I too placed an order with shreeonline in October, over two weeks ago in the region of £140, and only checked review when I didn't receive any thing from them,
the replies to my e-mails are computer generated.
I couldn't log into the website for my choice anymore.
they are still continuing to advertise on Starplus channel they shouild be stopped conning people immediately and prosecuted,

I too placed an order with Shreeonline.com in October and till date I haven't received my order.Everytime I speak they say that the order is stuck with the Quality dept and will be delivered in a weeks time, they have also overcharged my credit card.
This company is FRAUD and i think Star tv should stop advertising their ad or maybe someone in star tv gets a share.

hi, i ordered goods up to the value of £85 in september and they charged my credit card with £92.30.i still havnt recieved my order. every time i email them they send me a computer generated email. whenever i called them, they would never answer and there was no way of leaving a message either. i phoned my credit card company and told them that they hadnt sent me the goods so they refunded my money. i then emailed shreeonline with abuse and they then emailed me back saying that my order had been cancelled and they were goin to refund my money. thats a load of CRAP. they only wrote that coz my credit card company took the money back off them. shreeonline is a SCAM. please everyone dont make the mistake i made. the clothes on the site are very nice and cheap but its all a scam to take ur money. if anyone out there has ordered something, then call ur credit card company and tell them that they did not send ur goods, they will get ur money back off shree and that will seve those FRAUDSTERS right. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM!

star plus is really carzy...shree online is bigggggggggg fraud stop showing advertisements

I placed an order 3 wks back and when i called to find the status they denied of any order in their system with that transaction #. i have lodged a fraud charge against that transaction. bunch of fraudsters..i agree, why is star plus advertising their site even now.

Shreeonline is really a dirt on web which is making customers fool.

This is wrong for our society since everthing is done on computer I got attracted to this advertisement and it turn as scam.. I feel sorry to say I am Indian and I will not trust any Indian business and their marketing system. I am going to call the media if I can one should stop this kind of nonsense.

Shree on line is a FRAUD company, you ring them and speak to different people and no one will give you correct answer. I ordered my goods in September 2011 and as yet still waiting for goods and as advised they have been dispacted. As for refund and yet still waiting this company should not be allowed on TV or Internet sites.

Hi my name is Priya and I placed an order last November and till now i havn't receive my parcel its worth about Fourty thousands and now i think i am really a fool to send that sum to Shreeonline for about 38 items. Everytime i phone they said that there was problem with the courrier and then last month when i phone they say that i have already receive my parcel by putting someone else tracking number and when i check here it was someone else parcel(0.4kg) who having the same nickname. I really don't know what to do please advise. And now when i phone they don't want to talk so they give someone else the phone and said that she was ill or that same person have all the detail and i am still waiting for their mail till two week they were supposed to mail me to get a feedback about my parcel as they really don't know where my parcel is. I no more trust shreeonline as to get their money they phone several times but to deliver the parcel it takes year or years.

i had ordered from shreeonline 3-4 months ago and did not rcvd order. shreeonline staff convinced me to order more. one of them told me that shreeonline is bringing other brad djeansonline.com. beware friends of these 420s. i am puting this comment to prevent you from getting caught by these frauds

I have ordered goods 2 months ago and haven't received anything from from so far. Their phone numbers are not working and when I tried to log on to th website, I am getting a message from google that a malware is installed and it might damage my computer.

Can someone tell me who to raise a dispute issue with the bank so that I get my money back.

I HAVE ORDERED GOODS 5 FLIPPIN MONTHS AGO. they have been telling me for the past 5 months that i will recieve after 5 days, 6 day, 2 week. someone called guarav or something has been telling me that I will recieve it. PHONE LINES NOT WORKING. people are actually lying to me. none of my orders have been recieved. i want refund.. and sooo much large amount money they took from me and i want refund but they dont give me refund. i placed an order for my sister-in-law last year. It was meant to be for her wear on eid and we were promised it would arrive in 15-20 days. My order was for £80. Wen it didnt arrive in that tym i emailed them after not getting any reply fron them i then rang their order line. Everytime i rang them they kept saying it has been despatched. The tracking no. i was provided with was useless. My telephone bill was sky high. However i did recieve the parcel 3 MTHS later although it wasnt even sent to my my address. It was sent a address with the same door no. and street name as mine in ANOTHER TOWN. I was lucky that the gentleman living their got my details from the invoice inside the parcel and contacted me to pick up the parcel. This company needs to be sued and us customers should be compensated our money!!!
