[Resolved]  Sidcon Consultancy — take trial tips but don't become member

SIDCON charged me Rs 10,000 and promised to give me tips so i can earn between Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 1,50,000. Initially their executive used to call me and give the calls. But when i end up making loss of 2 lakh he stopped calling me or pickup my phone. When i call him from some other number he picked up the phone and promised he will give me tips so i can recover my money. I talked to his senior ?(suppose to be Mr Ketan) also and promised the same. But i doubt if he was really a MD bcoz when i called him again after 15 days he was talking to me as he is talking to me for first time. He promised me he will give me a tips himself. But i have not been receiving any calls. Now their manager say i can talk to their MD. He called me a child. They dont pick my phone. After making around 100 i got his emaid id. I cant tell how much mental harrssment i have to go through. Can there be case of mental harrsement or fraud ? Please advise. Thanks for your help.
