delay in attending

Leakage in water hose found in Siemens automatic washing machine.As per the dealers advice we have contacted RBS HOME APPLIANCES LIMITED,who are the service agent for Siemens.After spate of reminders ,a service man has attended and ad viced to replace the hose ,for which we have readily agreed
and pay the charges along with service charge.However the change of hose is not done stating that the hose is not available and it should come from BOMBAY.Without washing machine for three weeks is a nightmare for the family.
