I wish to bring kind notice that I had purchased Siemens Washing Machine as detailed given hereunder:

Date of Purchase : 25.04.2008

Dealer Name : Vivek Limited, Trichy.

I used short period my washing machine repair, immediately I called your Trichy service Engineer 28.12.2009. Your service Engineer attended on 02.01.2010 and his remarks is M/C Checked drum assemble problem to be replaced.

I called 2 to 3 times asked your Service Engineer spare is not available, after that I called Chennai office also.

I believe Siemens product & service. But your service Engineer not replaced till now.
(20 days completed).

Therefore the additional details as given below:

Now the Washing Machine is under repair and useless. You service is deficiency (20 days completed).

I hope you replace the mentioned product of yours.

Kindly tell me what to do with my Washing Machine. Expecting your favorable earlier replay or immediately attend my problem please.

I used to hear abnormal sound when the machine runs fast . I called your Trichy service Engineer on 02.06.2014 He responded that person will come from Karur service centre with in a week time . I waited for a week and called again on 10.06.2014 . He answered in the same way. Till then I am calling and has not been responding .


I believe Siemens product & service. But your service Engineer has not been right . (34 days completed).
