[Resolved]  Sify — Worst Service Provider sify

It is my humble request to all Bangalorean please dont take sify broadband connection in residence. They never solve any problem. They never provide good service. There are lot of good plans but in paper.
As per the plan night is unlimited but in the night local provider power off the switch till morning 11 o clock most of the time so that you will get BB 101 error each morning. I cant book railway ticket, you cant work from home. Speed is always less than what they said. I am using sify broadband for last six months this month I am planning to chage service provider. In the day time sify customer care number[protected] never recieve calls in the early morning and night time will ask you to press your mobile or land line number so that they can contact you within 1 hour and disconnect the call. But after 48 hours later also you will never get any calls from sify. Each and everymonth I have to call 15 to 20 times a month.

Dont go for sify better option is AIRTEL. or BSNL

Sify — worst service

The sify company is worst in service and we always suffer a lot firstly the technicians take one month to see our complain and then if they come make silly reasons of the tools required are not present we will solve it tommorrow or later...

I am really so much frustrated with the service of Sify Voip Connetion, i have been using this service from the last 8 years but from the few months it has not been working, i have registerd a lot of complaints to the all nodal and appalete authorioty of sify ltd but they are not considering my problem even they have threatened me to do a case against me for damage of their voip instrument
it was not working properly from the last year i have complaint so many times but and his executive came here to reinstall it but could not be installed even they have send a replaced voip instument from mumbai but it could not be performed as per the sify executive Mr. Ravi,
i have send a lot of reqeust to the sify appalate authority and nodal offricer but they are not hearing me even they have told me to file a case in the court against me becaue of non working of instrument
but i m informing u that i have not touched the instrument it was installed at the teris but due to network connetivity it was not properly worked and when i request to repair if than they have not performed their duty
I am the user of Sify and i have a small business to make ISD call from this line and this line is not accessed by the sify ltd.
they are not ready to repair it they are overcharging Rs. 3000/-
i request you to kindly handle this case
