[Resolved]  Sify — horrible service in patna

I got Sify broadband connection in august 08 where as my residence area is digha ghat, patna 800011.

for 1st 3-4 months, the service was good.
but after that the service provided is horrible.
in last 2-3 months, everyday i have to call to local ISP for connection,
many a times, they don't pickup the call.sometimes on picking call, they say cable problem, LAN card problem, staff not available, any many more excuses.

i pay 800/- monthly but cuold not use it of 100/-.


i think, this should be made to notice.

Very true... You spend more time on the phone complaining than using internet, if you are a Sify Patna customer.
Hi everyone,

I would like to share one more incident of the sify service at patna. My connection is down since the past four days after complaining to the service provider Mr. Mantu Singh ( Mob. No. [protected] ) it is not yet been sort out. And above all this chaps interaction with customers is like just go to hell.

I gave a call to the customercare nos. but one line is busy, the other one nobody picked up the phone after registering my mobile no. & the third one is ringing but no one pick ups the phone.

Well i request sify that at least keep a local service provider of a good personality & not abullish person because he is the direct mediator with the customer & company. Due to his behaviour the company's name is being put down.

Hope so my problem gets sort out after all this stuff.
