[Resolved]  Sigma Manpower — Cheating, Non-performing

i m also fooled by this company, so i think lets make a group, many have been cheated so lets get together and break this company.

I have also lost my money as company didnt send a single candidate. When I had given ad in newspaper, all executives from sigma manpower were calling like anything. They even spoke lies to snatch business from their other branch. Information about fraud should spread to other people.

These guys should be black listed and shouldn be allowed to operate...they wasted by time also and are pathetic at their service...they have taken Rs.6180 for a two year contract from me and since then havent done anything...they were very prompt at one thing though - to come and take their annual fee...after that - DISGUSTING SERVICE. Whenever i get time i will see to it that these guys get it back for the kind o[censored]nreliable and money laundering company they are running...

I had once paid them a sum of 5K for 3 year registration back in 2003 and was exasperated following up but finally let go. I again paid them 4K for 2 years, last October, when they apporached me with promises of delivery. They started sending candidates before I paid up so I thought they have changed. Soon as I paid up they continued sending dummies and then chilled out.! Today after more than 3 months, several stiff E-mails and numerous calls, they still continue sending dummies once in a while or make dummy calls from candidates, as if they are wanting to appear for an interview but they do not appear at all. I am most keen to join up and start a legal process as I am convinced that this is a controlled racket. The sum is kept to a minimum so that people do not chase them furiously or litigate. Think what the sum gets to be when mulitplied by a 100 or more!!!

i have lost my money & time as sigma man power didnt send a single candidate. when i force the lady send us candidate she send a froude candidate he cant do work properly and demand more money whenever i call the lady told me that i am arranging candidate for you, i will call you but still she didnt call me and now she laugh whenever i call her. i have not seen this type of shameless lady in my life who cheated other and laugh without any fear. is there any low for this type of people who are cheating people without any fear.

guys take my words this company is a FAKE company they r cheaters i ve been ripped off by them for rs 4000 for the regisstration..in their andheri office iam going to file a complaint in the police station..and sue them for wrong commitments. ihave been calling them for the last two weeks for salesboy but they always say they r trying there is a girl called muskan and sangeeta ho make wrong commitments n there andheri office..

i totally agree with this .i have already filed a complaint in police and the police have warned them.they told us i will be returning you the money but there is no response the next day.please can we come together and take action against this company

This is Sarfaraz Lambe From Ruby Enterprises as i have registered with sigma manpower, for candidates this people gives big promises as we have registered 1 month ago and we needed 200 candidates for the post of SALES EXECUTIVES, TEAM LEADER, TEAM MANAGER, they even promised and we even got 5 candidates from thier side for the post of TL, TM but after taking thier Interview some were working as peon and security guard and they were sending this people for the post of TL and TM. But thier executives named Mrs Indu, Smita Despe, Aisha Jain, and many more tried to fool us by giving some more false commitments for sending good candidates as they told us they have more than 2 lakhs resumes. So now we are going to lounge a compain in consumer court .Our contact no. is[protected].

I am also facing the same problem. they have taken an 2 year fees of Rs 2500/- on[protected] and have failed to send a single condidate till today. I also wish to get my money back from this company. Those who r succesful after any police complaint or consumer court results pls guide us..

Sigma Manpower are nothing but con artists and i think we are the biggest fools to be taken in by them.
I had asked for a governess and they sent me resumes of IT professionals, lies, deception, is what they excel in, no ethics no morals.

Sigma Manpower — worst service

we paid sigma manpower Rs 5000 in return of 2 yr contract. they were supposed to provides part time market research personnels to us. its been more than 1 month and they have not provided single candidate to us. this company is FRAUD. we want our money back from them.

I signed up with them last week and am yet to get a single candidate...thank god i took the 6 month registration...Now they are not taking my calls..How do we stop these fraudulent company?

Yes what you people say is very correct, ... they collect upfront payments and then they never perform. I had made payments after repeted calls from Ms. Manju on 3rd May 2011 with a mail clearly specifiying my requirements and they confirmed they have candidates fitting my requirements... and the moment payment is made they stopped calling and always a new person will attend call and today is 24th May they have not yet single person fitting my requirements, whenever you call Sagar, Neelam and other people say we will call you in some time and within two days we will send you candiates and details ... but not happening anything ... they are here just to CHEAT people ...

Very true I agree to all above comments, I have paid 3033 to Roy from Vikhroli office, I got to know their poor service within 2 days as Roy himself made a dummy call to me by the name of Ashwin.
