Dear respected sir, i am army no 15365622A Ex Hav Sukhveer singh retired from corps of signal Jabalpur (.mp) on 1 July 2012 ,my pension ppo copy has not come in my bank branch so i am requesting your kind honour to please send my ppo copy to my bank branch as soon as early i can withdraw my existing pension i am facing hard for this problem .

Respected Sir,
1. Reference my PPO (PCDA (p) Allahabad) No S/027445/2011.
2. The Original copy of PCDA (P) Allahabad PPO No DE/012998/2011 dt 12 Jan 2012. (Copy attached for ready reference).
3. My above quoted PPO has been received by post on 20 Mar 2012.
4. Till date no amount of above mentioned PPO has been credited by CPPC Chennai bank.
5. I am regularly visiting in my local branch (Bodinayakkanur), But they are no giving any positive response. Last four days before the response person in our branch Mr thiru speak to Chennai Branch response person. He asked to any PPO copy received in r/o Sethu S.
6. In view of above. I request you to instruct the bank to credit the amount of PPO at the earliest and add my pension with disability pension.
