Got torn Shirt

Hi,

Me and my friend order 9 Apparel from your site which includes 7 T-Shirts and 2 Shirts. But I found 1 shirt torn from back side.
Please find the Shirt details below:

LEE NORWIN GREEN SLIM SHIRT

Please find the attachment for more details.

The order has been placed by my friends name Rohit Singh.

SimpleLife.in website is also under-maintainance. I mailed them but my e-mail also got failed to reach.

Its label is also not been removed.

I got a sms asking the mailing postal address of simplelife.in
I do not know who is it. Trying to call but it is not reachable. Please call me whoever it is.

I got sms yesterday from +918901549751 asking for the mailing postal address of simplelife.in.
I have sent them the address but it has not been delivered. Nor I can call them also as their number is coming as not reachable.
Please let me know what should I do?
