Not Giving Experience and Relieving Certificates

Hi all,

I was worked in Sirahu technologies it is joint venture of Apptivo Softwares, Which is located in Chennai and Madurai. It is very worst company, I have to inform you guys Please Don't Join in that company, They will put you on work more than 15 hours per day, And they don't give promotions or appraisals for talented peoples, They will give promotions to whom says yes to all management words and Cunning fellows, Only cunning fellows can be Team Leader in sirahu/apptivo. If u say I feel tired and i have to go home. They will send u out and then they don't give experience certificate or relieving order to you.

This Complaint is for information for freshers,
If u need better future, Please don't Join in Sirahu/Apptivo.
I damn sure that they will ruin your life

I also heard the same. This is really not fair for management people doing such a silly things to their employee itself. Also their product named APPTIVO is not even good one for ecommerce solution said by their employee. Client who is using their product APPTIVO are really so pathetic.Employees who is working there are not slaves to them.Govt should take necessary action against management. All freshers should aware of companies like this.

Hi,

I heared from Sirahu employees. Actually the management is getting more work from the employees without time limit. Its too poor. They are human and not machine to work for 24/7.

So the peoples working there are mentally gets pressured and get sick. This torchure is because to promte their product with quality. But the truth is "Apptivo" is not a secured. So the clients are running with in one year.

Notice period apply for all concern but here there is no notice period. They will fire out immediately and make the employees here and there for getting the Experience certificate, PF.

In case of emergency, the employee wish to relive from the concern. Company asking for 6 months pay back. Really shame on this

Need to take immediate action against the Management.
