Skoda — Refusal of service for within warranty car | |||
Air Conditioner of my car Skoda Laura ( L&K) Stopped working . The car is within warranty.The car was sent to Jai Auto mohan Cooperative, from where it was bought and this was the sequence of events: 1. Dealer refused to take the car, says it will take 10 days to examine the car. Then I have to leave tthe car at his workshop for 2 days. He will photograph the defective part, send papers to skoda at aurangabad or poona(?). It will take 10-15 days for the sanction to come. Then I should "take time" wait another 10 days and leave the car for 5 days! 2.There can be nothing more "customer unfriendly" than the above, in terms of process and customer care. A customer who has paid 21 lakhs has to use the car without AC in summers for 45 days . 3. 'customer care consist of "ill-trained"messangers who just disconnect the phone and ask the customer to speak with 'WORKS MANAGER" .Works Manager Rakesh is a rude man cursing the company that employs him + the horrible quality og Skoda. Skoda's web site does not give phone number of any responsible manager, service head nothing. The company 1 Has a quality problem 2 Ill trained and rude dealer ship 3. Pooor customer unfriendly process 4 No way to understand or adress a customer problem Even small appliances companies selling ticket items of Rs 1000 have processes that are so customer friendly.
