[Resolved]  skypak — irresponsible reply reg my refund claim

I had booked i ticket in the online from Chennai to Mumbai (DR), its tatkal quota, journey date is 14.03.09, the ticket status is Waiting list no is 11. So finally its not conformed till the train departure, So i get the cancellation receipt to the Trichy (TPJ) railway station from the TT office, Then i forward the orginal I Ticket and the Ticket Deposit Receipt (TDR NO:251905/16.03.09) to the following address by courier.

The Group General Manger,
IRCTC LTD,
9TH FLOOR,
MMCC BUILDING,
CHENNAI-600 003

But till date my amount will not be credited in my Card A/c. Also i had send nearly 25 mails for know my refund status, and make nearly 50 calls to the help line no at chennai IRCTC, but no one can give the proper details and very irresponsible reply from all, the exutive name is :

Pallavi/ IRCTC/CHENNAI, SAROJ/IRCTC/NEW DELHI. NISHA/ IRCTC/CHENNAI., SHIVANI/IRCTC/CHENNAI. VIDHYASAGAR.IRCTC/ CHENNAI/ BANU/IRCTC/CHENNAI/ SAJAAN KUMAR/IRCTC/NEW DELHI. GAJALAKSHMI/ COMERCIAL BRANCH/ TICKET REFUNDS/DELHI.

The above said Executives are not done the proper way of talking with the customer, especially Mrs. Gajalaksmi/Commercial Branch/ Ticket refund/ Chennai. & Ms. Banu IRCTC/ CHENNAI, they did care for any such good manner, and they are speaking with the customer more harsh words,

IRCTC is a rip off. They are stealing money from people. No refunds even if its their fault from the server. We definitely need another stable website for train bookings. I recommend you not to use this website again.
I wanted to book ticekt online for travel from chennai to bangalore in 14-aug-2009. So i tried to book ticket online on 06-aug-09. I am a citibank holder so i select the citibank option after chose "make payment" option in irctc page. I tried two times. But i couldn't book ticket due to the "citibank gateway error". So i couldn't book ticket and left out that page. After that i went to my citibank page really shock, bcoz when i was saw two times "citibank gateway error", that time the irctc got amount from citi bank A/C. How it happend really i dont know. This was the great mistaken by IRCTC. Definitely they should made mistaken and should tell answer and also credit my amount back to my citibank A/c. Pls do the needful and credit my amount to my citibank A/C as soon as possible.
