Hi All,
Just want to share the worst experience, I had faced during house possession with Skytech Builder Merion Phase I.
1. During booking, the builder assured to issue a separate letter for penalty clause (Rs 5/- per Sq Feet) via post.
2. Later, every time when tried to interact with the builder, executive make a new promise to adjust the penalty during possession for any delay in the project.
3. In the final stage, the staff members are changed and new staff members are not allowed to make any adjustments.
4. Director (Mayank Chawla) is never available for any meeting or communications. No one from the office is ready to share his cell number or email id.
5. Skytech never inform customer for delay in payment and make wrong statements to prove the payment delay from customer side.
6. Instead of paying/adjusting the penalty due to delay in possession, Skytech group asks customer to pay the interest for delay in home loan without any prior notice/information.
7. Skytech is charging the interest payment from booking date instead of Agreement date. While there were different time-frames by which customer has to release the amount to the builder i.e. initial 5% then 80% etc. To increase the total no of days they are making wrong calculations.
8. During registration process, they stop the process and called me to pay the interest payment then only they will proceed the flat registry. I had to come back from the registration office.
9. Above all Skytech never issue any letter for pending/outstanding balances (exact or detailed) and ask verbally to make the payment.
10. I have discussed this with other residents and all are having the same complaints.
Beware of such cheaters.

I would like to disagree with your claims mentioned above.. I am also a customer of Skytech and I have not faced difficulty in the handing over of my flat.
The staff is decent and they would listen to my queries and offer solutions.
Mr. Mayank is not easily available and i have waited for 45 minutes to see him. even after taking appointment, i had a nominal interest payable and upon request he was kind enough to waive it.

Hi. I was about to buy a flat in the Skytech Matrott by Skytech Constructions. After reading negative review of existing buyers on several forums, I decided to buy flat in another society. During the discussions with buyers at site, came to know that several buyers have filed consumer case at NCDRC. You must all see the information whcih is available at NCDRC website. Case may extend by few months, however, this shows that this builder Skytech is the most corrupt name in real estate business. Further, those who have been given possession are now facing gundagardi of the builder. Even though buyers have paid two year maintennace advance to builder, builder is asking for 5000 to 7000 Rs monthly on the name of varuos maintenance charges which is 3 to 4 times to the market rates. Those who are not paying or delaying, facing electricity cuts, water supply interruption. Maintenance is also very poor and security is also worst.

In handling over the flat I haven't faced any difficulties. There's 100% power back up for essential services and Round-the-clock Fresh Water Supply. I am a buyer in Skytech Construction Project - Colors delight. let me tell you all that this builder is a big cheat. The moment he took booking advance money from me in September 2014, he started showing his true colors. Before I booked the flat, he called me several times with nice attitude. Since the day I bought flat in Skytech's project, builder people have started showing gundaism. Nobody responds to emails, letters or phone calls. The project colors delight has not moved an inch in the past two years. When I reminded them that project has to be delivered by December 2016 as per my Agreement, they became offensive and started abusive on me over phone. I had to go to their office at Sector 63. Office is like Akbar ka Kila. They bluntly told me to keep my phone at reception. One gunda looking person checked me by hand if I am a criminal and carrying any weapon etc. When I asked the marketing person about the status he replied rudely - ''are sir, you are the only person who is asking the status of this project. We dont have money to complete this project now and will start as soon as we have money.''

Hi, I am a resident in the Skytech Matrott society and want to tell you all our life has become miserable in this society due to the following reasons
1. Builder gundaas are all around in the society and quarrel with residents on small things. Builder has placed some 4-5 gundaas in vacant flats and they are living as residents. They work closely with builder and trying to create differences among actual residents.
2. The reason for placing his gundaas by builder is handhold on maintenance. Since residents want to get rid of builder maintenance and want to form RWA. These gundaas want to become president/vice president and members of society RWA. If any body demand for a transparent process of election to form RWA, these gundaas physicaly assault those residents.
3. Builder has made parking a miserable issue for residents. There is no allottment of parking and a very congested space is marked for parking without any proper allottment. Everyday there is a fight over parking since SUV/large car cannot be parked in such congested areas. Maintenance charges are highest in the society.
4. Last week there was a street fight between builder gundass and some residents. Builder gundaas tried to kill one resident using a knife and wounded badly to afraid other residents. Police came but builder paid money and settle the issue with the police. The wounded resident had to hospitalise without any justice.

I do see that you have paid little too much attention while drafting this story but none of this stand true except for the claim that we want to form an RWA.
There is a process to make an RWA and documents are under processing.
You don't seem to be a resident of our society. This account has no details and the name is also fake.

I do see that people here are trying to defame the brand. All the charges that are being taken for maintenance are legitimate. I would recommend not to go by these fake accounts and try to connect with builder directly.

This website includes overall description of the project and it's been long time i'm living here and haven't faced any difficulties in terms of security or maintenance.

Builder people are misleading the public on this forum. This builder is a big cheat. Not only builder directors but also staff of Skytech may go to jail any day as trail is continue through various courts including lawful authorities like police. If this builder is so much clean why cases have been filed against him by tens of buyers. Apart from consumer cases, one extremely serious case against builder and its Directors is matter at NCLT filed under Section 74(3). Section 74(3) recommend 7 years imprisonment for all officers of the company who are in default.

Being a resident at Skytech Matrott Noida, I have't faced any such difficulties in handling over my flat. The quality of construction is quite impressive and is earthquake resistant. 100% power back up is available for essential services. Being a resident my overall experience over here is good. I would rather recommend you to stop giving fake reviews about this project. Even the people living here are satisfied by the services provided by them.
