I started working with Sleek kitchen 1.5 year ago. the work started 8 months back. The design team sitting in the office always paints a fantastic picture which the operations team has failed to deliver.
The work started in my kitchen and the operations teams had a different design and hence fitted the cabinets incorrectly hence damaging the tiles. when we asked them they told me that we will the damaged tiles with POP as they wont look bad. only when i refused to accept they changed the tiles.
The measurements were taken incorrectly which again led to change in the original design.
The shutters with the glass came in 2 different patterns. one shutter had a manufacturing defect.
The handles that were approved in the beginning suddenly went out of stock forcing us to change the and eventually accept what was available. otherwise we would have to wait and they were not ready to give us a date till when it would be available.
The installation which was supposed to be finished within 3 days took over 3 months as parts kept coming in installments.
Even after paring so much of money and Sleek being such a big brand name...no one till date from the company has approached us to ask what were the problems faced by us.
we have called them time and again but no response. the design team blames operations team and they put it back on the design team. ultimately we're suffering and they are least concerned.
Till date after repeatedly calling them no one has even come for the Quality Inspection.
Its pathetic ...they are only interested and will consistently follow up with the customer till the time you haven't paid. Post that they don't even care a damn.
Sanjeev Kapoor is the brand ambassador...i hope he knows what kind of a brand he is endorsing. Was this information helpful? |
