Sleek Kitchen is the worst modular kitchen company I have dealt with. Do not get fooled by their glossy and professional looking website and brochures. They do not deliver what they promise. We were promised, by the Shopper’s stop branch, a professional looking kitchen in place of our existing kitchen. We were promised that after the order was placed it would take a month for the material to be delivered and four days for the installation. The material came more than a month later and the installation is still not over after 12 days. There is no coordination between various departments. No supervisor is on site to oversee the installation. We have to stand there and point out everything. On top of that they have a standard reply for all the mistakes they do: This is how we do it at Sleek. They decide on what paint they will put on the frames and they don’t care if it doesn’t match the laminate. We have pointed out all the shoddy work they have done, the workmen say they can’t do anything about it, the supervisor does not come to check it. Instead of a customized kitchen, they have fitted in their standard cabinets because of which we have had to bring in our building contractor to advise us. They have done very stupid mistakes in their measurements, they have not done civil work before installing cabinets, they have not planned for corners. They have taken their payment in full so now they don’t care whether the kitchen is up to the mark or not. They are acting like they are doing us a big favour. Our building carpenter would have done a much better job at half the cost. We made a HUGE mistake going to Sleek. I would advise anyone thinking of Sleek to not make this mistake.
