[Resolved]  Smart Card — Charge taken due to Metro Railways fault

I had taken a Smart Card (No.[protected] on July 2011 at the cost of Rs.300 (Three hundred), it was said that the validity will be one year, but due to their system issue its showing as three months validity. Now after three months on the particular date 30/09/2011 it was not working while the balance was Rs.74.00(Seventy four rupees) and I have gone to the station in-charge, they said you can recharge and we will make it ok, but the Rs.74.00 (Seventy four rupees) will be forfeited as the duration of validity is over. But being a customer I knew that its validity is one year. But hence to avail the service I had to recharge and that Rs.74.00 (Seventy four rupees) has been taken by Metro Railway authority.

This can't be a rule that dur to your system fault I will suffer and I have to pay for your mistake.

I request the authority to credit that amount in my Smart Card at the earliest.

Smart card — money loss from the smart card due to machine fault

my smart card no is CR0216236.i had last recharge on 27/10/2009.
today 8/11/2009 mashine show me that my card is invalid due to low balance.so that i have to recharge my smart card agian.i have not traveled since my last recgarge was done. what about my lost money? what is the solution to get it back?
