[Resolved]  Smc Global — Misguidance for Insurance Policy

I had been misguided by my Advisor from SMC Global for Kotak Life Insurance.

He sold me Kotak Life Insurance policy on 31st Mar09 and told me that if you invested Rs45000 for 3yrs then after 3 yrs you will get Rs60000 on the time of withdrawal. But now Kotak Life Insurance customer care told me that you will not get Rs60000 instead they will let me know the exact amount on the maturity.

I told them to settle down everything and give me my money back but they refused to give.
