SMSgupshup — Stop receiving messages

I have suddenly started receiving messages from this internet SMS company when I have not even registered or rather don't even know about their existence. As far as marketing is concerned, I understand but whenn the messages start coming at 1.30 am, it really bothers. As per the Bombay High Court judgment all marketing and service sms cannot be send between 9pm to 9am, although I wonder if that is implemented. Please take strict action against these perpertrators as they think our mobile numbers are a free access for anyone.
