[Resolved]  Snapdeal / 32GB SD Card — Product fraud

I placed an order for 32GB SD card on Snapdeal on 5th of May 2012 (Transaction no:[protected]
First of all the shipping got delayed and automatically got changed to 16th May.

But i was shocked to see that instead of sending the 32GB card, snapdeal has sent an 8GB SD card.
We reported this fraud to snapdeal and they told they'll arrange for a reverse pickup. But they came back saying it can't be done for our city, and if we arrange to send it back they'll refund the amount along with the courier charges.

We went ahead and arranged for sending the courier, scanned the receipt and sent it across to Snapdeal. But they didn't respond or acknowledged anything for next 1 week.

I called them after 1 week asking as to whether they shipped the right item, it was surprised to know that they'd not even checked if they've a 32GB card in their repository, and also they couldn't even confirm if they've received the fraud 8GB item we sent them back. After placing the call on hold for several minutes the guy came back and apologized and told that they'll be needing couple of days to send the item or else they'll send the cheque.

I waited for another couple of days, but still no response from Snapdeal either by phone or email or any reply to my emails at [protected]@snapdeal.com.
By this time it was already past 20 days. I called them up again asking for my product for which I've already paid them. To my utter surprise they told me they've not received the return item. I had to again give him the details over phone and after placing my call on hold the customer care guy (Name: Ravinder) again went through all the procedures which was done 1 week back. And the reply was same that he'll update me in couple of days.

Today its about 25 days past and till date I've not received any reply or call from Snapdeal and have already spent more than 1.5hrs on phone talking to their customer care team. And till date they've failed to dispatch the product/cheque or reimburse the courier amount nor do they respond to any queries over email.

I'm tired of the lethargic behavior of Snapdeal team, their phone customer care support is good, but they keep asking me the same questions in every call and each call spans more than 15 mins without any outcome, they say every time that they'll call in a couple of days but they never do.
Their email team never replies to any queries. please let me know if i can take any legal action against them for their poor service and fraud delivery.
