Snapdeal — Fraud

i had purchased a deal from snap deal on 27th april for a salon which offers unlimited haircut, hair wash and plain blow dry for 6 months .The service expires on 26 october. The saloon for which i had purchased the deal is sankara hair spa and saloon , its in tardeo arun chambers near ac market.On sunday ie; 10/7/11 i had gone for a haircut , but got to know that the saloon has been closed for ever. i had purchased the deal in rs399. In the first visit they took the snap deal voucher and gave their voucher. Sir, i want some action to be taken against snap deal and sankara.

Fake Deal...

I recently purchased a jwellery from SNAPDEAL, bt it has not been deleivered yet, when i called at the customer care, they said its already been deleivered, but i have not received it yet.

They are not even ready to follow up the Order.

Is this kinda deal snapdeal does??????

And there is no complaint box on the website.

I think snapdeal should change their name to FakeDeal.

SNAPDEAL is FAKE they never delivers your product, they are just bunch of liers. LETSBUY is better they deliver within 4 to 5 working days, its not only better its the best.

I ordered a watch on Snapdeal on 11th Jul'2011 and they told me that it will be delivered within 11 to 12 working days.On 23rd Jul2011 I called Snapdeal and the executive informed me that the product has been dispatched and its with Blue dart couriers, and Snapdeal's operation head Abhishek assured me that it will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday which was the 11th working day but on Wednesday I received a call from Snapdeal and the executive told me that the product is unavailable.I can not understand how the product is unavailable when already it has been dispatched.It means even the Operation head was lying.

So THEY ARE FAKE.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL THEY WILL MAKE YOU CRY.

i purchased a polo club wrist watch.it was very attractive in the pic.i was dissappointed seeing it on delivery.even then i wore it.with in 2 weeks the hands of the watch are not working.They are moving freely and are loosened.The quality of the watch showed that it was FAKE.

I have purchased Body & Soul voucher from snapdeal which is expiring on 18th Sep.While purchasing it was mentioned that it can be redeemed at 6 merchant location.However merchant is asking to go to one location only which is not feasible for me.Hence I went back to snapdeal support to refund the amount.They acknowledged the mail but never came back with any solution after multiple email chase.Also no body picks the call on so called 24*7 customer support.
Any suggestions how this can be escalated.

Snapdeal is cheatdeal.
They inflate the price of a product by 400-500%, and then try to sell it by reducing a few rupees.Don't buy any health care products, cosmetics, perfumes from snapdeal as they are overpriced or nearing expiry date.You can get better deals in ebay, infibeam etc.

i purchased codlessair phone with offer from snap deal in june by paying through bank but till date i did not recived my order.i asked DLF courier company the traking number snap deal gave me i gave them but they are unable to find my package.they are saying the tracking number is incorrect.so tell me whom to complaint and what step should i take.

I have purchased from snapdeal from my login account and now there is no response from snapdeal, even the contact no. mentioned on their site doesnt pick up and the email id through which i purchased the item shows me that this email is not registered with us.

Please help me with another contact no. as i want to track my order...

We all have a great idea about these deals sites. Everybody is familiar with the kind of discounts they provide to the users. Whether it is TimesDeal, Snapdeal, DealandYou or any other deals site they are really performing great. But only the negative point is the technical problems due to which customers are not getting orders on time. But I feel the upcoming new sites are really doing a great job and have great potential in terms of technicality and other.

i am delivered one wrist watch which is not the same i booked. i called the snap deal customer care number for inquiry but did not receive any solution till date. Now i have the wrong product! the service is pathetic n i would suggest a strict no no for SNAP DEAL PRODUCTS.

This is Dhiren. I have complained many time through facebook. But I have not received any responds fromsnapdeal. I have purchased a (Sony Ericsson Txt Pro CK15i - White). When I ordered it it's include a bluetooth head set but I only received that phone. Where is my bluetooth headset?

One thing more. I think this phone is Old-stock because it's not working properly. Its touchpad and sound system not working properly. I need help.. How I solve it? I want return it. Someone suggest me how I returned it and I get back my money.

Here I suggest all, Please don't deal anything from snapdeal. This is a very big fraud company... cheater ...cheater... They are swallowed your money but you can't do any thing...

its totally fake...i have purchased a lot of things...for example watever they say on the voucher is actually nt a part of what their dealers are offering...i have purchased a voucher Pay Rs 99 for eye zone and get eye check up+free disposable contact lenses and Rs 600 gift voucher...all for Rs 99 which actually costs Rs 1650...but when i actually happen to enter the shop they said that they are only offering free eye check up and as for the lenses I hav to buy stuff for Rs 1650 from my own pocket then after I am liable to get a discount of Rs 600...such a waste of time...guys plz do not use ur debit/credit card for any voucher transaction becuz they never happens to get deliver at ur place...

My name is Nishant Sharma. I ordered one Baywatch watch from the snapdeal portal on 22nd Nov, paid through my debit card.The watch which I ordered was having white dial with brown colour lether belt. I got the delivery but what I got was black colour different watch with black belt.
I got cheated through snapdeal. They show something else and provide some other thing to the customer.
