[Resolved] Snapdeal — Cancellation of order after 16 days. | |||
Snapdeal cancelled my order of one "Targus 15.6Inch Revolution Expedition Laptop Backpack" after 16 days of promise that, they will send my order soon..The product i ordered was being shown available even after 10 days of my order, but still they didn't send me the product.I made many calls when the product was not even shipped after 7 days, each time they promised me of the delivery.This spoiled a lot of my valuable money and time, as i am an engineering student.It stopped me from getting the product which i needed on time and it halted lot of work.Also this made me spend a lot of my precious time tracking the order and browsing other products.This also stopped me from buying another product, as my money was stuck with them.I was also made a laughing stock by my friends for trusting such a site for such site for such an order. Thus, they have caused a lot of damage to me socially, economically and mentally.So I want them to compensate me for the damage, appropriately. Was this information helpful? | |||
