Snapdeal — DEFECTED PIECE DELIVERED. | |||
I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED PIECE OF SAREE FROM SNAPDEAL ONLINE SHOPPING CENTRE. THE PRODUCT BOOKED BY ME AND THE PRODUCT DELIVERED BY THEM IS EXACTLY NOT THE SAME AS WELL AS THERE IS A MISPRINT ANT CUT MARK IN IT. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT AFTER 76 HOURS,BUT ACCORDING TO THEM COMPLAINT HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS. MY PROBLEM IS WHEN THERE IS NO SUCH COMPLAINT INFORMATION GIVEN ON THE SITE THEN WHY ARE THEY NOT REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT. Was this information helpful? | |||
