[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Delay in Replacement of damaged BSNL Penta WS707c Tab

Hello Sir,
I have Bought BSNl penta WS707C Tab for Rs 7600 in Snapdeal on 29-03-13, produc was delivered to me on 3rd April but the Touch feature in that Tablet was not working properly. So i have contacted Snapdeal they have asked me to return the product to Snapdeal delhi office. i Have sent tat on 8th April Via Bluedart (Ref No:[protected]) it has reached on 9th itself to Snapdeal office. Till date there was no proper replay or response from Snapdeal regarding product replacement or returning my cash back.

Plz take immediate action sir, Either i want a new product or my cash back (Rs.7600)
