Hello Sir, I have Bought BSNl penta WS707C Tab for Rs 7600 in Snapdeal on 29-03-13, produc was delivered to me on 3rd April but the Touch feature in that Tablet was not working properly. So i have contacted Snapdeal they have asked me to return the product to Snapdeal delhi office. i Have sent tat on 8th April Via Bluedart (Ref No:[protected]) it has reached on 9th itself to Snapdeal office. Till date there was no proper replay or response from Snapdeal regarding product replacement or returning my cash back.
