[Resolved] Snapdeal — Delivered Faulty Air Cooler | |||
Hi, i placed the order for Air cooler on 27th march 2013 and received a faulty Cooler on[protected] at evening after waiting for 8 days, When i opened the package,we found that stand in front of the Fan inside cooler is broken and stuck in the Fan blade so i called up the customer service next day and complaint about it but all are asking to take a photo of the damaged part of the product and a person from the complaints team called up and even he is asking me to do the same and he was very rude and told me that either send a picture or contact the Bajaj as we cant do anything, hence i took the photo with great difficulty and send through email but till now there's no response from them. I am not sure what to do .... Please suggest ... I paid 8299 and waited for 8 days for this product to get delivered and after the product got delivered i need to go through all these ... Please do something as i am really fed up calling and sending them emails... Was this information helpful? | |||
