Snapdeal — Harassment | |||
Product is not in good condition and it has damages inside as well as outside, moreover it seems product could be a 2nd hand product or warehouse product. And the response which I’m getting from Snapdeal they are saying they have been arranged a reverse pickup but till same has not happened till date. Yesterday in the afternoon office hours I got a call from them saying they are coming for pickup but as I was in office I responded to them that they can come in the evening and pickup the product but they said it’s not possible and also they said if its possible for me, they can take the product in the evening from in sector 15 or 16 Panchkula market hand to hand and we will do all the formalities in the market itself I did the same, i brought the product (Refrigerator) in sector 15 Market by yesterday evening I was standing there and Phoned to Pickup boy for the pickup and what happened there he came on a bike and said he cannot carry the refrigerator on bike and left me in the market saying they do not have any information from Snapdeal what needs to be pick from Customer. I was standing there in the market in the night embarrassing as everyone asking me in the market you bought this new product and so many question, I was so frustrated harassed by yesterday night mentally physically as well as financially and truly saying was thinking for suicide that why bought this product from Snapdeal. Kindly help me I want to file a case against Snap deal and I have all the evidence I clicked some pictures as well with product in sector 15 market.
